Cash Benefits

ESSI provides various financial support programs to registered employees and their families during periods of sickness, maternity, injury, or disability.

Sickness Benefit — 75% of wages (up to 121 days)
Cancer/TB — 100% wages (up to 365 days)
Maternity Benefit — full wages (12 weeks)
Injury Benefit — wages for 180 days
